For Outdoor Education this Tuesday, Miss Harrop's class went to explore Staley Brook in Tameside. It is a lovely place for a walk - especially in the rain when you're going to get in the river anyway!!!

We managed to help each other down the slippery slope to the river where we explored the tunnels under the road. After this we made our way upstream, crossed over the river and walked up the hill to where there used to be an old castle. Here we had a swing before trekking further up and then back down to the river where OJ managed to lose and then find his shoes again in the mud!!

We then wandered through some old mill ruins and back to the transport back to school. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the adventure and we saw some great teamwork along the way. Well done, everyone!
