Some great creative writing from Harry and Alfie-Joe in SBU4 this week.

Working on our creative essential skill we wrote an introduction to a horror story based on a picture to stimulate our imagination. Sometimes it's really difficult for us to get our ideas from our heads to other people but I think these two have done really well!

Also SBU 4 investigated whether or not we could throw a ball faster than kicking it. We performed an experiment in class to work out how fast the ball travelled a certain distance and then did the calculation to work out the speed in metres per second.

A second calculation was then done to work out how fast in miles per hour we could throw or kick the ball. A great lesson, well done everyone!
